The Events Coordinator manages teams to organise special events, such as competitions, shows, special rehearsals, fundraising events, and LABBS events.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish dates of key events and communicate with board and music team
- Identify attendees and special requirements
- Liaise with Treasurer to book venues, transport, accomodation, catering etc
- Manage room allocation for residential events
- Agree costume requirements
- Communicate necessary information to members
- Liaise with Public Relations Officer
- Support Bookings Officer to assist with sing-outs as required
